No sooner than I posted my frustrations with the New York Jets they decided to spiral even further out of control than I could have imagined. They fired (my boy) Eric Mangenius, tried to hire Bill Cowher and failed miserably and have now gotten on my bandwagon 6 months too late to bash Brett Favre. Serves me right for assuming the Jets had already reached their peak in their pursuit of never ending failure.

Speaking of the Favre bashing, how can he come back next season? How could you possibly be the quarterback for a team where the guy standing behind you (the tailback, Thomas Jones) is carrying the Jackhawk 9000? Pretty poor on Jones’ part. Isn’t that what a locker room is for?

Being a New York Jets fan may be the most annoying team to support in all of sports. This year, they have gone above and beyond to truly disappoint me. The Jets are more annoying than receiving “Maybes” on a Facebook RSVP.

(Speaking of which, can’t Facebook add a couple more options for the plethora of undecided, incapable of making a decision, politically correct masses? How about, Confirmed, Probably, No but I don’t want to appear to be saying “No” to you, Are you kidding? and I’m legit busy. I’m going to email Mark Zuckerberg)

First off, Yes, it is 7 a.m. as a write this. Like Jason Galloway, I’m lying in my bed and I cannot sleep. However, after reading his post I decided to do anything but write a top 10 countdown (Sorry JG, but I just can’t support anything with Tim Tebow being praised like that).

You may also be thinking that I am the only person awake/online at this hour on Christmas Eve. Well, I too had this assumption and in fact, was quite excited about it. I thought I would be able to cross off one of my life goals which is to be the only person on Facebook Chat at any particular moment. There have been about 5 other opportunities for me to have accomplished this and the anticipation has really been building. Unfortunately, Taylor Britton left his Facebook up and is online with a little crescent moon by his name. Damn you Britton, damn you (feel free to voice your displeasure here). The other thing that is killing my buzz is my internet is incredibly slow. Who the hell is online taking my bandwidth? It should be running smoothly but is going so slow that I am typing this on Word rather than Wordpress. Third, someone is definitely awake in my house because it sounds like elephants got loose upstairs. How the hell have I slept here for so long?

In my long absence from the monster that is Samepagesports.com, many of you have probably been wondering what the hell I’ve been doing with the free time I have that I used to fill by writing here (you don’t really want to know the answer).  Truth is, I’ve been cheating on SPS. NorthFulton.com made me a better offer and I’ve been writing about UGA sports over there.

But, I’m back. Only this time in a completely different format. I’ve been looking for some sort of domain for awhile where I could truly go on rants about whatever I want sports related (or not as the case may be) and was finally inspired by Mark Titus. He writes a blog called “Club Trillion” and after reading his magic I realized it was time for me to live my dream. (I’ll give you the link to his blog and I won’t be offended if you choose to click over there and oodle his goodies.
